Did you just get your insurance bills? Are you shocked? Me too! Fortunately I ran into an old friend (not that's she's old..lol... but our history goes back to our mortgage brokerage days from 2006) . Meg Perrino helped us shop for homeowners and auto. The biggest savings was on our auto policies but our homeowners we got increased coverage and still saved $200 annually. She was SO HELPFUL. I had a great experience with Mr. Massey! I needed a business policy quickly, as in same day. Not only was he the most competitive of 3 quotes but he made it happen in a few hrs and I had my declarations page to give to the new landlord. I received a renewal bill for insurance coverage on our second home. The price increased and there was also a line item that I had a question about. I called and left a voice mail requesting to speak with an agent to discuss the changes and line item charge. Susan returned my call and had already reviewed my policy, realized the increase, anticipated that I would have a cost concern, and prepared a new quote from a different provider that she had researched prior to returning my call. Thanks Susan for being proactive instead of reactive. We will now spend the windfall on our new granddaughters.

I’ve been with Massey for several years now, and I can’t find the words to describe how grateful I am for their assistance over the years. There’s never been a day or time that Mike Massey and his staff haven’t been there when I needed them. Once I make the call to the office I no longer have anxiety concerning my insurance needs and or problem. I just witnessed Mike Massey go to the wall to get answers for my particular situation( he could have been an amazing attorney thank goodness he’s my agent).
